AT THE GATES의 해체 이후 발매된 베스트 앨범으로 "The Red In The Sky Is Ours", "The Burning Darkness", "Terminal Spirit Disease"의 Peaceville 시절 앨범들과 Earache에서 발매한 "Slaughter Of The Soul"까지 정규앨범의 명곡들을 총망라하였다. 트랙 4와 5 두 곡은 "With Fear I Kiss The Burning Darkness"앨범의 데모버젼이다. 선곡은 "Slaughter Of The Soul"앨범의 곡이 두 곡뿐이라는 것을 제외하고는 만족스럽다.
이 앨범에서 얻을 수 있는 수확은 트랙 16-17의 두 비디오 클립으로, 출연자라고 해봤자 멤버들만 나오는 초저예산 클립인 <Burning Darkness>, 라이브 공연실황을 담은 <Terminal Spirit Disease> 그 동안 국내에서 보기 힘들었던 그들의 비디오 클립이라 더욱 더 가치가 있다 볼 수 있다.(<Blinded By Fear>는 국내에서도 많이 알려진 클립이다) 디지팩 안쪽면에 있는 Tomas Lindberg가 쓴 밴드의 역사는 또다른 볼거리를 제공한다.
